Our apartments and houses include fully equipped kitchens, including quality
washing machines, cooking facilities and designer accessories - all fully
serviced by our discreet and efficient maintenance staff. Where the
property includes gardens full maintenance of them is included in the
Tariff allowing you to enjoy and relax in beautiful surroundings without the
worry of even having to cut the grass.
Our highly competitive rates include utility bills, local council charges, servicing, linen, television licensing and all ground
maintenance. Rentals can be for a minimum of one week, with no upper limit
to your length of stay. Our Tariffs are structured around weekly, monthly,
half-yearly lets, or on an annual basis.
Arrangements can be made if clients wish to partly, or fully provide their own furniture.
